The Montreal Computer Helper offers its services primarily through home visits, however if you have an issue where you merely require guidance to help you fix it, clients may choose to use the telephone service.
The telephone service provides:
quick help that allows clients to learn how to fix a particular problem on their own
remote desktop help (depends on client's operating system and internet connection)
discounted service rate (see our rates page)
ideal in an emergency when the client needs immediate help
